they want to be if any at all...will the elders want to meet with you?

I have sucessfully faded (or at least no one has cared for 2 years that I don't go to the KH). My hubby nad I have decided to let our preteen do what she wants as far as religion goes. We figure if the WT society says its ok for 10 year olds to get baptized then it's ok for 10 years old to decide not to as well.

My question is if the elders hear that we aren't forcing our child to be a JW will they decide to arrange a meeting?

It depends heavily on your elders.
In my old congregation, you better believe there would be a meeting.
In my new hall, there are several families who are not specifically directing their teen children (13, 14) to the JWs and the elders dont say much of anything.

At such a young age, I wouldn't consider it as choosing a religion, but attending services at a church. Many teenagers go to church with their friends. So what? It's a shame not to allow her to go to a service because of people whose business it is NOT.

Tell the nosy elders and/or other JW's that your daughter is rebellious. Yes, you have an evil, rebellious child who wants to go to church instead of drink alcohol, take drugs and engage in promiscuous sex. Where have you failed?!!!
