I've never seen this discussed on this site but in cases where a Witness is encouraged to die rather

than accept blood, what does their Will say?

What I'm getting at is the thought that , if a person intends to leave property to the Watchtower,

you may have a conflict of interest (!!) if the person is being encouraged to die by official

representatives of the organization, especially since the Society is lying about the blood

    transfusion issue being 'voluntary'.

    Kill 'em, take their money?

Interesting point, also what about life insurance could refusing blood to save your life be thought of as suicide, thereby voiding your life insurance policy?

HAVEN'T THOUGHT OF THAT ONE, INTERESTING POINT.

COULD A COURT CASE BE LAUNCHED,WOULD A REPESTERIVE(SP?) EG. ELDERS BE HELD TO ACCOUNT BY A COURT.

IF SO, ARE ELERS AWARE OF THEIR POSSIBLE LIABILITY?
