My youngest got a skateboard and a pair of rollerblades for her 5th birthday this last weekend.
She's been walking around the house in her blades and sort of balancing on her board.
Today I took her to skatepark which was unfortunately closed, but had pavement next to it blocked off for skaters etc.
She did ok for a 5 year old.
Wondering if anyone has litle ones trying this stuff out and if there are suggestions to help her out.
(yes she has the gear, helmet, knee/elbow pads and getting wrist guards tonight)
