The Supreme Court today said that students that held up a Bong hits 4 Jesus during a school event and were punished could not sue the school for violating their civil rights.

I have mixed feelings about this.
I do feel that because the kids incorporated a drug message into their sign they where setting themselves up for a fall. Somethings nonsensical that had no reference to drugs may have pushed the judges over to their favor.
I never heard that Frederick had gotten busted for selling marijuana. Another layer to the story.
