She is gone but never forgotten. I meditate today on my Mom and wish her a Happy Mother's Day wherever she may be since her passing 33 years ago! Happy Mother's Day to all!

Thanks! Mom bore ten of us. Seven girls and three boys! She worked hard all her life to care for us. She had the kitchen open 24/7 when there was no 24/7. Her life was cut short by cancer at 58 years old.It still brings tears when I think about her, especially today.

Blueblades, damn cancer, it only takes the best. I feel for you and wish you all the best. I hope your mother Rests in Peace right now. Personally I believe in the immortality of the soul, although not in the Christian pretext, but that is just me.

Glad you have good thoughts of her today (and everyday, I am sure)!
