Hello,
There seems to be more open sores on this Board than notches on Rod Stewart's belt, so perhaps the time has come for music...
Jesse Colin-Young, who some may remember as the the pin-man with the Youngbloods in the late 60's has linked a work in progress song to his web-site. It is rather crude at the moment, view it as a sketch.
Jesse is a good-hearted man who has never lost hope. He would probably not be happy to hear me say that his lyrics have never set the world on fire, but he has a purity of spirit and a gentleness that many lose on their path through life.

Dear friends:
I wrote this song to try to find in my grief and sorrow some sense of
direction...a way to go...a way to make some sense of what has happened.Aloha e is the title and can be translated as....yes, love indeed!
Aloha oe... the first line of the chorus....a fond farewell to all those that we lost on September 11th.
Aloha eia la...we send our love, our aloha, to all over there who are
suffering this loss.
Aloha e...we affirm that yes...love indeed! is the answer.
Enjoy, and if you get a chance to catch the 'Song For Juli' album at some stage, enjoy even more.
