I did an overview of the site and it looks like it promotes white on white racism. While tauting a noble ideal, it's just rebundled racism.
Defeating racism involves stopping seeing people in colors, regardless of your intention. If you say "I don't treat black people any different than white" is still a racist remark. Racism will be gone when people stop noticing ethnicity and just treat each other like people.
