I looked at the 2005 Sevice Report and found that Islamic Countries have one of the highest populations but the fewest Jehovah's Witnesses. Take Bangladesh. There are only 111 Jehovah's Witnesses out of a population of 144,319,628 people. There were only 2 people baptized in 2005. There are only 2 congregations in the whole Country.

How does the WTS plan on preaching to this many people with so few members?

How does God judge them if no one ever preached to them?

How can the WTS claim they preach in over 220 lands when there were only 2 baptized out of 144,000,000 people? Is that really preaching?

How come the WTS never tell us of their failure to convert people from other faiths?

Two major religions practised in Bangladesh are Islam (88% US State Department est. 2005) and Hinduism (11% US State Dept. 2005).

The WTS likes to "piggy-back" on Christendom's missionaries, past and present. They're very open about that. "Let's let the big guys do the heavy lifting" is the mentality. Why invest in a new market where no one sees your product as relevant when you can go to an established market offering your product as the new and improved version of something the population is using and familiar with.

They can't mess around in Moslem countries, if they try to convert Moslems they will have their heads chopped off at least in the strict Moslem countries that apply the shariah. And imagine how unfortunate a Moslem would be to become an outcast in his society for the sake of a cult. So they can't penetrate there, no one can in fact.

Actually in countries that do not have a Christian majority, the WTS has long preached to the Christian converts made by over Christian religions and have been accused of poaching.

The WTS also CYAs in regard to non-Christian populations:

Jesus stated: "This good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come." (Matthew 24:14) Today, that prophecy is in the course of fulfillment on an unprecedented scale. True, untouched territories still exist, and it may be that in Jehovah’s due time, a large door leading to greater activity will open. (1 Corinthians 16:9) Nevertheless, the Bible does not state that Jehovah will wait until every individual on earth has received a personal witness. Rather, the good news must be preached to Jehovah’s satisfaction. Then the end will come.—Compare Matthew 10:23.

Blonde, I think you meant this:

The Society already has "community responsibility" as a rationale against assuming that a witness must be given to all before Armageddon:

    *** w52 6/1 p. 345 Fixing Destinies in This Judgment Period ***

Nations operate according to the principle of community responsibility. Rulers may start wars, but the people fight them. It is upon the people generally, young and old, male and female, that the enemy nation rains destruction, and not upon the wicked rulers. The nations in their wars sow death on the basis of community responsibility. Will it not be just for them to reap it on the same basis at Armageddon? Can they rightly complain if they reap as they sow, are judged as they judged, are shown the same mercy they showed? If the people either actively or passively support what is corrupt and immoral and murderous, do they not bear some responsibility therefor?... Actually, the majority of the people today lack a love for right and hate for wrong. They know the world is corrupt to the core. Yet they are apparently satisfied with it. At least they stick with it, and scoff when Jehovah’s witnesses expose it....The world is full of Bibles, in more than 1,125 languages, and a glance at its pages is sufficient to convict the world’s conduct. But the masses of people remain ignorant "according to their wish". (2 Pet. 3:5, NW) .... If ignorance during this present judgment period is an excuse and is going to mean a resurrection for ignorant ones in the millennial reign, would it not be advantageous to let all remain ignorant now? If all those not personally preached to now and who are slain by Jehovah at Armageddon are going to return in the resurrection of mankind, why preach now at all? ... Whether it is done on the basis of personal or family or community responsibility, the peoples of all nations are going to be separated into "sheep" and "goat" classes, for Jehovah says so. Those whom he slays at Armageddon will remain forever dead, for his prophetic pictures made at the time of the Flood and at the time of Sodom and Gomorrah’s destruction say so, along with the parable of the sheep and goats. Some argue that ignorance is an excuse that will gain a resurrection for many of Armageddon’s slain, such as those perishing because of community responsibility...

*** km 11/85 pp. 3-4 Meeting the Challenge of Apartment Witnessing ***

So we have to face the fact that there are some apartment building owners who have incorporated stipulations in their leases that allow them to determine who shall or who shall not call on their tenants. If the tenants are willing to let their landlords make such important decisions for them, then they place themselves under "community responsibility," and we will not insist on making calls on them. This does not mean, however, that we stop trying to give a thorough witness in such cases.

    *** re chap. 32 pp. 223-224 God’s Anger Brought to a Finish ***

The pouring out of the second bowl of God’s anger reveals that all of mankind who inhabit this sea are dead in Jehovah’s eyes. By reason of community responsibility, mankind is guilty of gross shedding of innocent blood. When Jehovah’s day of anger arrives, they will literally die at the hands of his executional forces.
