Can anyone tell me what the Jehovah,s Witnesses currently believe regarding the date that Cyrus destroyed the Temple at Jerusalem. I asked a Witness and they told me that they now believe that Cyrus arrived in Jerusalem in 607 BCE but did not destroy the Temple until 20 years later!!!! This still makes a nonsense of 1914!!!

I have no idea what they currently believe about that but I'll bump your thread to the top of the active list.

Cyrus didn't destroy the Temple.
Nebuchadnezzar II destroyed the Temple.
And it didn't happen in 607 B.C.
