The thing is, this isn't actually a new low for humanity. People have been killing and sometimes eating babies for as long as humans have been around.
You see, what they need to do is give life in prison to anyone who plays these little microwave experiments on animals. You can be assured that whoever did this to the baby has done it to other small living things, and would kill other people without thinking twice.

I don't really believe in capitol punishment but this is an exception. I don't believe in hell either but people that do this should go there.

OMG, I can't believe what kind of people actually live in our neighberhoods sometimes.

Even better I would put her into microwave on slow heat till she cooks from inside out
