It was a little excessive, but minor hazing is ok in my book. After all, she, and all other officers will be figuratively stabbed in the back by Iraqis during her tour. Better help her get her thick skin.

I wouldn't be surprised if they got in trouble for destruction of government property and endangering a fellow cadet. I mean, I laugh, 'cause I know no one was hurt but, honestly, she could have been. Stupid. At least use a lighter water balloon.
