    Now, if this had been a judge that gave to Swiftboat Veterans for Truth would the Colored Fishwrap (USAToday) or the Left Angles Slimes had buried this in the back of the paper?

    It kind of reminds me of Ginsburg, a former lawyer for NOW, who doesn't recuse herself from cases where that former affiliation is a clear conflict.

    Yes, mkr, I agree with you on r this, but as we can see from the lack of response the the anti-WoT left on this board conflict of interest by a liberal judge is acceptable. On the other hand if this had been a judge that had ruled in favor of the wiretapping law, and been a donor to some conservative cause the leftists would be hysterical in the demnds for impeachment of the judge.
