    1/2 cup of pink lemonade
    1/2 cup chilled water
    1/3 cup of Jim Beam
    1 egg

Put in blender then pour over ice.

Drink while reading JWD and listening to Garrison Keller (he's a national treasure)

...to be followed with grilled sirloin and oven french fries for me and the dog. (he's awesome)

While I can still taste I'm going to try and enjoy

    Cheers!

mmmmm I made pork souvlaki kabobs, rice pilaf, steamed broccoli and a yummy spinach salad with feta cheese, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and drizzled with freshly squeezed lemon juice.

I'm working on my second Smirnoff Twisted Raspberry Cooler....

Well it was a real let down. My taste buds have started getting weird from the radiation so the flavor was off.

    <sigh>

This means it will be late fall before I can taste again.

The drink sounds really good, but I don't know about the egg?

    confusedjw,

    1/2 cup of pink lemonade
    1/2 cup chilled water
    1/3 cup of Jim Beam

OK, lemonade and whiskey is just within the bounds of comprehension. But only just.

    1 egg

    Now you've lost me. :)

Today I went to the Berkeley Flea Market and, oh, joy, the "Taste of Africa" lunch wagon was there! So I feasted on Cameroon-style chicken with ndole and a side of fried plantains. Brought the rest home for hubby. (This ndole didn't have any peppers in it, though.)

But we haven't eaten it yet; got distracted by tilapia fillets with a nice herb/rice-flour coating. And salad, and spelt farrotto.
