Well, it's a little late, but I found this in my mail. It's an invitation to go to the district assembly that started today.
I wonder if they went door to door to distribute this to everyone, or just for me

On the 2nd link (page) on this very important life saving document, they say that "Et il n'y a jamais de quête" which means we never ask for money......
So many lost much more than money to the Watchtower.....some lost their whole family...their job and even more.

Mine is in September, so we shall see if I get:
1. A phone call
2. A letter in the mail
3. An invitation physically handed to me, or dropped at my door.
4. A full page ad in the local newspaper inviting me to the D.C.
5. None of the above
I think I would bet on choice # 5.

As printed on p. 2, they should have written the date and place of the assembly, and they didn't bother to do so... shows how much they really care for this "life-saving" activity.
