The prosecutors have asked for capital punishment for Garcia, because he acted with premeditation, perfidy, abuse of strength and used a gun; but his lawyers allege extenuating circumstances of extreme pain and try to transform a cold blooded murder in a crime of passion, for which the punishment is 5 to 10 years, with a possible parole after 2 ½ years.
My question is how many years would someone get if they lost a family member because of the WT blood policy, who latter finds out he's been deliberately duped and gunned down some of the GB policy makers?
What's your opinion? I think they could get out on parole in 2.5 -3 yrs.
