Ok I know some Americans might get our broadcasts so some may have watched the show tonight
They are down to 22 and the guys went on tonight. The girls will be tomorrow night. One guy and one girl will go home on Wednesday
Out of the 11 guys who performed tonight they were all awesome except for one. It is going to be quite the contest to decide who will be standing in the end.
I have never seen either in AI or CI a group of singers like this.
Hi Lady Lee.. I agree with tonites show.. The talent is amazing..It always seems to me that the talent on Canadian Idol is so much better than most of the talent on American Idol..(no offense to American talent).

I have to wonder whether the judges on AI let some through just for the fun value. I've seen many and wondered how the judges let then through all the preliminaies. Out of all the ones who apply they ought to have far more great singers on the show (up til the audience takes over)
I haven't always liked all the choices the judges make on CI but this year is going to be great. I think they have chosen well. We'll have to see how the group does when they start to get out of their comfort zones.
The end of the show tonight said 2 boys and 2 girls are going home. Those girls better be good because once the group is down to the finals I can easiily see an all boys ending to this
I wish we could get CI here. I've been a fan of AI for 3 years, but this season was the worst -- Taylor Hicks, for pity's sake! Still debating whether to watch next year's season.

Thats true.. For example Crazy Dave.. he didn't have any talent except he was nuts and wasn't afraid to act it. All the guys last nite were great.. I like.... hmmm. I forget his exact name now.. I think Chad Doucette.. He tried to make it last year . Sass said his voice is really unique and I think so too.. I loved the way he sang the song..
Also.. the guy from Abbotsford BC is really good too.. Well they are all really talented this year.. It will be hard to choose.. Ben Malroony(Im sure I spelt that wrong) is a sweetie too.. Zak can be really annoying.. I think sometimes though he is trying to push the contestants to be the best they can be.

Last night I hated one one guy and tonight I have it totally reversed.
I think some would have been good if they had stayed in the lower ranges instead of screaming out the songs - badly

I have to agree.. The guys are definitely better so far than the girl singers.I thought that Avila was one of the best as well.There was one other girl.. I forget her first name.. last name was loverock or something like that.. she was from a little town in BC.. I liked her singing as well.
we already have all of your talent over here.

What really is the pits is that some of the good male singers will be voted off leaving female singers that are not as good as the guys were
