  I feel disappointed that a lie has been told to me by a loved one. I dont feel like spelling out all the in and outs of the matter here. I just wanted to tell someone.
  

  I realise I am capable of doing things wrong, so I dont want to be all judgemental about it, its just when someone insists you be honest with them and then they deliberately tell you a lie and after you find out, there is little by way of remorse, more defence of the reasons why, its quite upsetting.

  I guess I just needed to write how it makes me feel, thank you for listening.

  I definitely know what you mean. Loss of trust and the sense of betrayal (depending on what sort of lie it is) can be huge.
