I have seen a new twist to this...
How would Muhammad and Allah handle a bunch of puny humans insulting them?
Would they have to kill or frighten them, to silence them?
Any fresh opinions?

Obviously, they would behead them. However, they are obviously incapable of doing so themselves, and require their followers to do it for them.
