God uses his Enemies to carry out his Will?....Why?

  Below is a Quote from AlanF a few years back on a thread of mine I thought was interesting.

  He makes an interesting comparison with regards to Watchtower thinking and shows their hypocritical double standards. Here is what he said,

  So the point is........if god has/does use his enemies to do his will,.....then can it not be true the WTBTS are ALSO his enemies? If not.....why not?

  I thought about that and it makes me wonder how, if the JWs (in one form or another as they claim) have been around the 17-1800 or so years since the first christians sprung up, how come they didn't do the honors of compiling the bible as we know it today instead of those catholics and such, huh?

  Seems like the "footstep followers" or whatever would've had a much better chance at translating the bible if they'd been around hundreds of years ago and were familiar with the old languages. Instead they had to wait hundreds of years for the appearance of Fred Franz to do the writing / translating? Weak...

  Liked your post...the catholic church compiled the bible..interesting......

  Been thinking about how the witnesses have been saying that the Catholic church is "antitypical Jerusalem" HMMMM>>.. That means that they are saying the Catholic church is the TRUE religion...just as Jerusalem was.. So I'm guessing then that it would be okay for them to compile it... LOL....

  Okay Sillyputty, let's see if you can get this right:

  The Faithful Discreet Slave mentioned in Matthew 24:45-47 is the little flock mentioned in John 10:16 who accurately predicted Jeus' return mentioned in Matthew 24:44. This return took place in 1874, 1914, 1925, 1975 but no one except the Faithful Discreet Slave knew about it because Jesus is a spirit being who was Michael the archangel before he came to earth and was born. Then, he went back to heaven and became Michael the archangel again. No wait, Jerhovah must have did something with Michael the archangel when Jesus came to earth but that is not important enough for you to know because your salvation at Armageddon depends on your faith in the Faithful Discreet Slave.

  The Faithful Discreet Slave is pictured by the visible 12 men of the Governing Body of Jerhovah's Witlesses who have been appointed by Jerhovah to feed his sheep. The Governing Body of Jerhovah's Witlesses used to be in charge of the WTBTS but in 2000 A.D. Jerhovah told them to get a bunch of Philadelphia lawyers and put them in charge of the Governing Body because a lot of Jerhovah's Witlesses might find out that Jerhovah was mistaken about not letting little children have proper medical care and some of the Jerhovah's Witlesses might decide to sue Jerhovah for damages. Jerhovah's sheep are pictured by the 6 million people on earth today who have believed in the Governing Body of Jerhovah's Witlesses.

  Therefore, no matter what the Governing Body of Jerhovah's Witlesses say or do that turns out a little off base it is the fault of the 6 million sheep because they had some wrong expectations that haven't been fulfilled.

  See how much sense this all makes when it is viewed from Jerhovah's standpoint.
