I think i have another valid arguement to prove 607 wrong...tell me if i am wrong or not.
Read Jeremiah 52:30 - It says in nebuchadnezzar's 23rd Year he exiled the Jews. The Insight book (number two) on page 481 it says his 18th or even his 19th year...So even counting his regnal years or just his accession years that the society say, you don't get 23rd year...
This was an exile made subsequent to the fall of Jerusalem....around 582 BC. See the previous verse for the deportation in Nebuchadnezzar's 18th year. Also v. 31 indicates that the total length of Nebuchadnezzar's reign was 43 years (cf. Jeremiah 32:1, which places the 10th year of Zedekiah in the 18th year of Nebuchadnezzar, and Zedekiah reigned after the exile of Jehoiachin began, so the exile began in Nebuchadnezzar's 8th year, and the total length of Jehoiachin's exile to Evil-Merodoch's accession was 37 years, so 8 + 37 = 44 years to Evil-Merodoch).
