    Maralee Bent

Studying the Bible, and helping others to study it as well, is very important for Ms Bent as she tries to live her life as a role model Jehovah’s Witness.

Born in West Bay 59 years ago, her passion is gardening, apart from going to church.

Ms Bent is a mother to two boys and a grandmother with one grandson.

“I have lived in Cayman all my life except for seven and a half years when I lived in Jamaica with my husband. I have been a Postal Officer for over twenty years and I have been stationed in West Bay for some time now.

“I have always been professionally involved in the customer service field, simply because I like helping people.”

I think she may have been referring to customer service as a postal worker. I believe I misunderstood the meaning of her comment perhaps! My apologies!

    Cheers!

well viewing people at the doors as customers - that is refreshing - until of course the converts get baptized and then they are no longer customers but slaves of Jah/WTBTS

Very true! I can remember when JWs could not be a postal worker or work a government job what so ever!

    Cheers!

I suppose the important thing is she's happy and doing something that makes her feel worthwhile.
