He's in the wrong religion. If he were a jw he'd have the pick of the litter. All those sisters desperate for lovin'. He'd have no problem having his 'faith adequately proven before the Lord.'

Actually, this is a spoof editorial from an online humor newspaper called the Onion. The kid is not actually real, though I think the points raised in the humor of this is very real. I had an elder in my old hall that was VERY familiar with all the evils of the world. "It's FILTH! The World is full of FILTH!" And he would excitedly point out buildings in "the red light area" of our territory, and say things like "They got prostitution in there, with beds in the back!" Or the time he presented a talk/slide show about world conditions and one of the pictures showed the Yellow Pages entries for massage parlors and Escort services. So what did this elder have on his mind ALL the time? Anybody? Anybody?
