Copies of the article can be purchased as a stand-alone copy: http://www3.baylor.edu/Church_State/ordering_publications.htm

I've personally ordered a handful and will distribute to some local lawyers and medical staff that would be quite interested in a better understanding of the issues surrounding the JW blood policy.

If you are skeptical about the article's potential effectiveness and feel this would be a wasted effort, no problem, just don't bother to fret about this post or this idea.

But if you think this might have a shot at making a difference, then let's give it that shot! Like its been said, it has to go to court. Let's do what we can to make it happen!

Don't most large law firms already subscribe to this Journal?

Ok..if they already subscribe, then all the better. We would then need to simply point it out to them.

Subscription doesn't necessarily equal "reading it." But for the larger firms maybe we can just email each attorney and make them aware that this theory is out there.

For smaller firms (wanting to make a name for themselves) hand delivering a copy will go a long way toward them reading it.

Lawyers, as scientists, work on specialties; The rest is only noise.

    One minute google search:

I'm not a lawyer but it seems to me that all three cases above are employment-related. I don't see the relevance to "blood education" by the WT.
