Ok, I will pick a date. January 9th. That will be the biggest press day for several weeks. Right now everything is about the holidays and the Iraqi election.
I am going to send the news to our local rag that did a flowery write up on the JW convention.

More than likely a legal team would use this in an on-going, current litigation. To file a new lawsuit now means a court date in 2009, 2010, or as long as 2012 depending on jurisdiction.....then the appeal process will take another couple of years.
Don't kid yourself, this is no magic bullet.....just another avenue to try and get money from the WTBS....assuming they have any money you can actually get at. Say it with me....."Shell corporation".
