Does anyone know if CO's read a letter to the effect, that the "Question From Readers" about voting left as a "conscious matter," not to be questioned by anyone, was only meant for JW's in former Communist countries? Our CO didn't read it, but I don't live in the continental US. If so, have changes also been made in the elder's book on what are grounds for a committee meeting and DF'ing in this regard?
