When someone makes a donation to the WTS for a specific cause, i.e. hurricane katrina relief, and uses a traceable source such as a check, will the WTS cash it in? What legal obligation do they have to use it for that cause? What legal obligation do they have to account to the donator EXACTLY how the money was spent?
Has anyone ever tried this?

they can do with the moeny what they want and there is no accountability
So then why do they want you not to make it out to specific causes?
so they can do what ever the hell they want with it
But you just said they can do whatever they want with it anywas?
they can show to the authorities it went to worldwide work - but this fund allows them to do what they want with it
What authorities? Are they accountable to anyone?
In some countries they have to use it for the designated purpose. In other countries they don't have any accountability. Which countries are which, I don't know.
