I don't know. There should be an expedited process to place the case before an appeals court. Other things are happening in my life. The least she should have received was some sort of hearing before a judge. I don't want to read links if I can avoid it.

It appears the state of Maine could not substantiate it's claims. What I find more interesting is that "nurse" Hickox appears to be a key player for the CDC. It is making far more sense now why out of hundreds she was selected out for this "test run" of litigation.

Good background info, girl next door.
As a CDC investigative officer she must know better than the two governors who called for the standard 21 day quarantine. Or the joint chiefs of staff who have announced that they will be isolating all 3000 troops returning from Africa after their tour of duty - regardless of whether they show any symptons or not.
