Dear Brothers:
The Watchtower public edition and Awake! for January 2013 are now being used for the first time in the ministry. We are writing to ask that you please remind the brothers in your congregation that the new 16 page format of these magazines means that, in most languages, they are printed nested one inside the other and will need to be separated before placement in the ministry.
We are receiving a high volume of calls requesting large quantities of extra January magazines to be provided. You may need to ask the brothers to check that they have not been placing two copies at once and return their surplus to the magazine counter for redistribution among other members of the congregation.
We do understand that there may be other valid reasons for requesting additional copies of the magazines and will continue to do our best to supply what we can.
