I just listened to the conclusion of your appeal hearing. Did they tell you that they were holding the matter in "abeyance"?
If they used the word "abeyance" in their decision you might still have a problem.

Never heard that word lol, i had to look it up, im so blonde!
1 : temporary inactivity : SUSPENSION
2 : a lapse in succession during which there is no person in whom a title is vested
Interesting point, however, the flock book says that IF the decision is reveresed they must not tell you up front. That is why they said that they will get back to me with the answer. It must not appear as if the decision wasn't unaimous.
