Introducing....the all new 2004 model-year Catrobatic 5000: The most advanced carpet-covered feline home on the market.

    Three levels of creature comfort....

Cat-a-home entrances on top and bottom....

Floating lily-pad design sure to impress even the most discriminating kitty....
And, the nap-level is aligned purr-fectly with owner SNG's desktop, allowing cats to "help" with work, without becoming a mew-saince.

Pretty cool, huh? My neighbor and I built this thing today. We traded out the time - I helped him re-install Windows, and he helped me build this! As it turns out, the carpet is what takes the longest to do. We had the thing...um...framed in less than an hour. It took several more to deck it out in the plush berber you see illustrated.

Hopefully now my cat will be able to keep his watchful eye on me as I work, without actually lying all over the keyboard.

P.S. My neighbor is thinking about starting a side-business selling these things....let me know if anyone is interested!

haha, Saw your title and thought it was going to be similar to the "Ultra-Vibe Pleasure 2000"

    Rats.

edit: OMG that thing is really COOL! How much is he planning to sell them for? We need one more cat playground for our spoilt rotten felines.

Believe it or not, this kind of thing is actually really labor-intensive. I just talked to the neighbor this morning, and he said he'd be willing to build one for $189. Buyer pays shipping. You can customize the heights of the three floating platforms, too.
