  Hello again,

  Take this quote from "Preparing for Child Custody Cases"(PCCC):

  " Many try to portait the beliefs and practices of Jehovah's Witnesses
  as dogmatic and restrictive…emphasize tha fact that you have formed
  your beliefs and adopted your practices after much study and reflection;
  your religion is not simply a matter of rules imposed by the elders. You
  want to emphasize the fact that you are a thinking …individual."
  (PCCC p. 3)

  and compare with these:

  You see that they NEVER mention what is best for the child in the PCCC booklet. They no NOTHING about the marriage and relationship, and what the child may be living through. the booklet is strictly published for a JW in a court room with child custody being decided by the court. watchtower trying to be laywer now....right down to giving examples of what NOT to say, and what TO say! It's a matter of JW vrs non-JW to them. they don't bother to even TRY to ....ah..nevermind. I hope the family courts get ahold of the booklet!
