Has anyone else seen this movie and what was your take?
Personally it resonated as I grew up in SE Idaho about 3-4 hours from Salt Lake and I could identify with the main character's issues with the society in that state. I'll re-watch this movie and organize a more thought out summary of my impressions. It's just an awesome movie and I was reminded of it when talking punk tunes with bbdodger.
I grew up the polar opposite of that movie, but parts of it were very interesting to me and resonated with me due to my various experiences, one of which is being a musician. Cool movie. Couldn't hate.

I also wanted to point out that it's one of the best performances from Matthew Lillard ever! I liked his work starting with Hackers, but he really came into his own with this movie.
