My fella, Tyler Hamilton, is written up in the local paper today. He sings tonight, 9:00 Mountain Standard Time, and we find out if he makes the cut (one in 10 shot).

Tyler made the next cut! Out of his group of 10, he got the most votes. On to next round!
Tyler was awesome. He deserved to win. He was our first choice.
But what the heck? Both last week and this week they chose one great one and two ??? I don't even know what to call them
The irony is, I haven't watched more than five minutes of this show so far. I missed last night because I lost track of when it was going to be on. (If I am on the computer, guess who has ownership of the remote?) My daughter is doing her best, however, to suck me in to this latest version of fad television. I did hear the girl last week who got first place, and boy, does she deserve it.
I have heard Tyler sing many times, and I know he is a true professional. Now that he will be part of the top ten, I am just gonna have to sit down and watch him!
Canadian Idol comes on in 30 minutes. Anybody else watching?
Update, Tyler is still in - Top Eight! Woo Hoo! The judges call him a true professional.
Tyler didn't make it past the top eleven, but I got to watch him again tonight, in the grand finale. We will see tonight who the Canadian Idol will be...
