    Declaration of Human Rights" (not including any special reservations made

    {As a "Universal Declaration" of Human Rights, this *purports* to be *THE
    ONE AND ONLY* declaration, definition and LIMITATION of YOUR rights,
    *CANCELLING* and rendering *NULL AND VOID* ALL OTHER RIGHTS WHICH YOU
    *MIGHT* HAVE *THOUGHT* YOU HAD. As such, it asserts that YOUR rights are
    neither god-given, inalienable, nor unalienable, but merely "Declared."
    Did YOU "declare" them as such? Did YOU PERSONALLY ratify this declaration
    (and accept this commercial law admiralty *ADHESION CONTRACT*) as defining
    *AND LIMITING* YOUR rights? Remember: whatever can be "declared" can be
    "UNdeclared"!}

    (Adopted by United Nations General Assembly Resolution 217A (III) of
    December 10, 1948)

    {Whereas #1:}

    Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and
    inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of
    freedom, justice and peace in the world,

    {Having said that rights are inalienable, we can now proceed to eliminate
    them. The ultimate freedom is the freedom FROM burdensome "rights" that
    must be defended.}

    {Funny, but some reactionary anti-government extremists such as Washington
    and Jefferson think that a self-educated, self-reliant, well-armed "common
    people" is the "foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world."}

    {Whereas #2:}

    Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous
    acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a
    world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and
    freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of
    the common people,

    {Ignoring the obvious fact that these "aspirations" are flatly denied and
    cancelled by Articles 7, 26, 28, 29 and 30 of this "Declaration" below, who
    "proclaimed" this on behalf of the common people. Was it the common people
    themselves? Or was it those who speak "for" the common people? The
    highest aspiration of most of the "common people" I have known is *freedom
    from* other people speaking and proclaiming "for" them "on their behalf."}

    {Furthermore, who or what has had the most "blatant disregard and contempt
    for human rights" and routinely commits the most "barbarous acts which have
    outraged the conscience of mankind"? Savage reactionary anti-government
    extremists? Not hardly. The mafia? Of course not, they're small time!
    The largest scale universally enforced criminal conspiracies in the world:
    GOVERNMENTS! Only *they* can routinely perform world-scale criminal acts
    with impunity.}

    {The UN of course, is the biggest government of all, and therefore the
    least accountable to anyone, and naturally the largest criminal
    organization on the planet.}

    {Remember, this is the very same UN that proclaims "genocide" a horrible
    crime to be punished MOST severely . . . but *mandates* "population
    reduction" . . . the same UN experimenting with mass sterilization of
    unsuspecting third world women under the guise of FREE "tetanus
    immunization," i.e., safeguard your children from tetanus by aborting them
    in their first trimester. This declaration is THEIR political program for
    YOU and your family:}

    {Whereas #3:}

    Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as
    a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human
    rights should be protected by the rule of law,

    {Ah yes, to prevent you from exercising your inalienable right to rebellion
    against tyranny and oppression, you and your rights should be "protected"
    by rule of law, as proclaimed by those self-appointed to protect you from
    the exercise of your own inalienable rights. Only tyranny and oppression
    can prevent you from rebelling against tyranny and oppression. Now I
    understand perfectly. "Thou shalt have *NO* last resort," UN.}

    {What about the absolute, unabridged, unregulated, uninspected,
    unregistered, unlicensed, ungranted, inalienable, unalienable, irrevocable
    RIGHT of EVERYONE EVERYWHERE AT ALL TIMES to KEEP AND BEAR ARMS and weapons
    of any and all kinds without reservation, limitation or definition, in
    order to protect his OWN rights in case this "Declaration" by the UN
    doesn't seem to him to completely protect him TO HIS OWN SATISFACTION?
    I've read this Declaration many times, and I can't find *ANY* reference to
    THAT right. Do you think that might be deliberate?}

    {Whereas #4:}

    Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations
    between nations,

    {Holy Cow! It is? Essential to WHAT? MY human rights, or global commerce
    in eco-cide and human misery? Who said it's "essential?" International
    bankers and their hired and owned mouthpieces? WHO must promote such
    development? The "common people"? I don't recall anyone asking *me* if I
    think it "essential" to promote friendly relations between nations. What
    about promoting the extermination of the United Nations so that human being
    and nations can exist in freedom without submitting to global communism and
    slavery?}

    {Whereas #5:}

    Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have in the Charter reaffirmed
    their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the
    human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined
    to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,
    {The "peoples of the United Nations" have done all this? Who the hell are
    they? Those chattel indentured persons owned by the UN? And was it the
    "peoples," not their "representatives" or their supposed fictional nation
    states, but the People themselves who did such deeds? Have I placed MY
    faith in "fundamental human rights," as defined by UN lawyers? I think
    most of the "common people" place their faith in GOD (however they define
    such) or THEMSELVES. And what about "faith" in the human "person"?
    "Person" is an artificial entity created by the state. I don't place any
    faith in *anything* created by the state. And did the common people also
    "determine" to "promote social progress and better standards of life in
    larger freedom"? Does that include the "larger freedom" from
    UNinterference? I wonder WHO defines "social progress"? I wonder who
    elucidates "better standards of life" for the common people. I wonder how
    we will achieve "larger freedom" by a "Declaration" which DECIMATES those
    "inalienable" rights which the common people of many nations supposedly
    *already have* through EXCEPTION, AMENDMENT, ABRIDGMENT, INTERPRETATION,
    BALANCING, LIMITATION and DECLARATION. Perhaps you could explain that to me?}

    {Whereas #6:}

    Whereas Member States have pledged themselves to achieve, in
    cooperation with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect for
    and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms,

    {Did the "Member States" have authority and mandate from their "common
    people" to legally do these things "in cooperation with the United
    Nations"? If not, I guess they were treasonously acting outside of the
    scope of their authority, converting their own citizens into chattel-slaves
    to be served up for UNbenefit?}

    {Whereas #7:}

    Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the
    greatest importance for the full realization of this pledge,

    {Ah, now I see! We already "pledged" ourselves to this, but we didn't have
    a common understanding of what we were pledging! Isn't a contract you
    can't understand null and void due to fraud? So now our all-seeing
    all-knowing benefactors are going to tell us just exactly WHAT we have
    already unknowingly pledged ourselves to! Thanks Boss! Can I get back to
    work now?}

    Now, therefore,

    The General Assembly

    Proclaims this Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a common standard
    of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every
    individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly
    in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for
    these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and
    international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and
    observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among
    the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.

    {Now its all getting clearer. To "expand" MY freedom, I, and "every
    individual and every organ of society" **MUST**:

    {"keeping this Declaration constantly in mind" . . .
    I guess that means I better think about what I'm told to think about and
    forget about MY thoughts. Oooops, I was thinking about my date tonight.
    ME BAD! I'm sorry.

    {"strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and
    freedoms" . . .
    Does that include the right and freedom NOT to be constantly STRIVING to do
    what I'm told by my unknown masters in foreign countries?

    {"and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their
    universal and effective recognition and observance, . . . "
    I wonder what these progressive measures could be? Could they include
    progressive inspection, control and coercion of me to make sure that I am
    constantly thinking the right thoughts and striving to meet the "common
    standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations" set for me by my
    foreign masters?

    {"both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples
    of territories under their jurisdiction."
    I guess it's just the "UN-man's burden" to make sure that the "common
    people," (including "abos," "indians," "niggers," "reactionary right wing
    anti-government extremists," "hate criminals," and "indigenous peoples")
    entrusted to his care are thinking the right thoughts and striving to
    please their masters with their politically correct indoctrination and
    acculturation.

    Can you say "Yes! Bwana!" in a loud, cheerful, sincere and *convincing*
    tone of voice?}

    Article 1

    All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are
    endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a
    spirit of brotherhood.
    [Well, there you have it! You are born free, but in the very next sentence
    the UN is telling you how you SHOULD act. I guess that freedom doesn't
    last very long in an UNfree world. You are "endowed" with "reason and
    conscience," but you can't be trusted with them to think and act as YOU see
    fit. You have to be told what to think, say, and do, and policed to make
    SURE you comply.}

    Article 2

    Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this
    Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, color, sex,
    language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin,
    property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made
    on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of
    the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be
    independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of
    sovereignty.

    {Notice that you are only "entitled" to such *specified* rights and
    freedoms. You are NOT entitled to any rights NOT specified herein. This
    clearly DENIES any rights which you may have THOUGHT you had which are not
    specified here. Further, you are not acknowledged to HAVE the specified
    rights, only to be "entitled" to them. Unspecified and unenumerated
    god-given natural rights, such as those guaranteed by the 9th and 10th
    amendments to the US Constitution, DO NOT EXIST per the UN. Further, I
    notice that it doesn't make any difference if you and/or your entire
    country don't give a flying fuck about this "Declaration." It applies to
    you, no matter what, by force of "UN Declaration". I wonder if "under any
    other limitation of sovereignty" includes having UN "Peacekeepers" posted
    outside your house with machine guns and poison gas to "protect your
    rights" and "the rights of others"?}

    Article 3

    Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person
    .

    {It all sounds so GOOD! I just can't wait for the exceptions,
    interpretations and limitations. Notice from Articles 2 and 3 that some
    rights you are "entitled to" and some rights you "have."}

    Article 4

    No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade
    shall be prohibited in all their forms.

    {Except that we have ALREADY been told in this document that we MUST at all
    times think the right thoughts, say the right things, and "STRIVE" to bear
    the burdens placed upon our shoulders by the Almighty UN to the best of our
    abilities, . . . which is NOT "servitude" but "freedom".}

    {Of course, if you happen to have the legal status of chattel slave
    franchise property of your national government, this clause does not
    protect you. You have a "UNright" to that status.}

    {Notice that this Articles does NOT protect you from the "right to work" to
    ensure for yourself an "existence worthy of human dignity" as expressed in
    Article 23.}

    {It also does NOT protect you or your children from the "compulsory
    education" that "further{s} the activities of the United Nations" as
    described in Article 26.}

    Article 5

    No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or
    degrading treatment or punishment.

    {And an appointed administrative tribunal shall define these concepts for
    the common people. Prison slave-labor for non-criminal "infractions" in
    police states such as Communist China or the USA is NOT "degrading or
    inhuman", it's "rehabilitation".}

    Article 6

    Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person
    before the law.

    {From the context, this must mean "person" as an artificial state-created
    entity such as a corporation or corporate franchise holder. This
    implicitly *DENIES* recognition as a natural human being or immortal spirit
    with god-given rights.}

    Article 7

    All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to
    equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against
    any discrimination in violation of the Declaration and against any
    incitement to such discrimination.

    {There goes freedom of speech and action. We MUST NOT be discriminating
    and we are NOT allowed to "incite" to be discriminating. You are
    "entitled" to be "protected" from hearing anyone say that this
    "Declaration" is a worthless and treasonous piece of shit designed to
    package you as an international commodity for sale to the highest bidder.}

    Article 8

    Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national
    tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the
    constitution or by law.

    {This makes a lot of sense. I don't have any RIGHT to take action MYSELF
    when my rights are violated, but I do have a right to "an effective remedy
    by the competent national tribunal" which is, of course, the very thing
    that is MOST LIKELY to violate my rights, on behalf of the UN and it's
    mission to "protect" my rights. I can petition the criminals for an
    effective remedy against their crimes. Gee thanks! That's a really
    *valuable* right! And of course, violation of my god given or inalienable
    rights is no longer a criteria here. THEY don't exist. Now its ONLY
    rights GRANTED me by "the constitution or by law," which can therefore be
    CANCELLED "by constitution or by law." Of course, ANY constitution and law
    are "void where prohibited" by the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights
    if they happen to conflict with it, (see Article 2). It's getting clearer
    and clearer.}

    Article 9

    No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.
    {Of course not. Those in power must have a *reason* to do these things to
    you. You have to do something BAD, like open your mouth and say something
    they don't like . . . or at least THINK some unacceptable un-UN thoughts.}

    Article 10

    Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an
    independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and
    obligations and of any criminal charge against him.

    {What happened to "Trial with Jury" or "Trial by Jury"? No such thing in
    the UNworld. And how is it that now we have an "independent and impartial
    tribunal" DETERMINING MY RIGHTS? We started out with "inalienable rights"
    and now we have an "independent tribunal" "determining" my rights "AND
    OBLIGATIONS." That's UN-progress for you! My guess is that an
    "independent tribunal" is a bunch of appointed administrative judges who
    are WHOLLY UNACCOUNTABLE to the "common people." Maybe some really nice
    career bureaucrats from Nairobi, Singapore, Beijing and the District of
    Cocaine?}

    Article 11

    1. Everyone charged with a penal offense has the right to be presumed
    innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he
    has had all the guarantees necessary for his defense.

    2. No one shall be held guilty of any penal offense on account of any act
    or omission which did not constitute a penal offense, under national or
    international law, at the time it was committed. Nor shall a heavier
    penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal
    offense was committed.

    {Of course, in a world where THOUGHTS AND WORDS ARE ALREADY "CRIMES", we
    don't have to worry about the barbaric injustice of retroative law. You
    deliberately broke EXISTING law and became a "hate criminal" with your
    willful and deliberate THOUGHTS AND WORDS. Think that "couldn't happen
    here? Try READING this document!}

    {What about your common-law right to do anything you want to unless you
    injure an innocent party who brings charges against you? What about your
    right to be free from arbitrary national or *international* statutes
    telling you what you can and cannot think, say, or do? Oh, I'm sorry,
    there ARE NO "common-law rights"; that's just a reactionary superstition.
    The real "common" law is this vile document.}

    Article 12

    No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his
    privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and
    reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against
    such interference or attacks.

    {Of course, those who do the interfering are also those who define
    "arbitrary." How about the protection of a 12 gauge shotgun, which is
    usually MUCH more effective than law in deterring criminals, who aren't
    generally overly impressed by law, and MAY NOT be keeping this declaration
    "constantly in mind" like we UNfearing "common peoples"? Oh, I forgot, the
    UN requires UNIVERSAL DISARMAMENT of everyone except UN mercenaries, who
    shall be armed to the teeth.}

    Article 13

    1. Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the
    borders of each state.

    {If so, then how can the State of Ohio require me to have a commercial
    "drivers" license in order to move freely upon the public easement? Isn't
    the USA a signatory to this "Declaration"? Further, notice that I have a
    RIGHT to "residence," but I don't have a "right" to an inhabitance or a
    dwelling place, only to the inferior legal status of "resident," which has
    no "rights", only state-granted "privileges." Translated, this means I
    have a "right" to have NO RIGHTS! Guaranteed by the UN, this "right" to
    inferior right-free "resident" status becomes an ENFORCED corporate slave
    status.}

    2. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to
    return to his country.

    {Way Cool! I no longer have to get permission from either the country I am
    leaving or the one I am entering. No passports. No visas. No immigration
    regulations. No borders. No applications to deny. Get out of my way, you
    UN-declaratory border guards! Lay a hand on me, and I'll turn you in to
    the UN!}

    {Of course, this means that *ALL* Mexicans, Haitians, Cubans, Albanians,
    Burmese, Indians, Rowandanese and Chinese have the RIGHT to come to the US
    and stay as long as they want, and the United States HAS *NO* RIGHT TO KEEP
    THEM OUT! Of course, this doesn't infringe upon the rights of the United
    States citizens or cancel Article 21.3, . . . because the UN says so!}

    Article 14

    1. Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum
    from persecution.

    {How can there be persecution in the country I am leaving? IT signed the
    UN Declaration! Why do I have to go to OTHER countries to escape
    persecution? The UN declares my rights, whoever and wherever I may be, and
    then declares that if my rights are infringed, I have a right to go
    elsewhere. If they can't protect my rights where I am, how can they
    protect my rights to move somewhere else? What's wrong with this picture?}

    2. This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely
    arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and
    principles of the United Nations
    .

    {The country you want to leave will determine if IT is "politically
    persecuting" you before it allows you to leave. Of course, if your acts
    are "contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations," there
    is NO place for you to go. There is NO asylum for you on THIS planet. Oh,
    wait, this is a "universal" declaration, so there is NO asylum anywhere in
    this universe for you. You are UN property. Get used to it!}

    Article 15

    1. Everyone has the right to a nationality.
    {"Every sheep has the right to a brand and a ranch." Every sheep also has
    the *absolute right* to be an ORGAN DONOR! And every sheep has the right
    to *freely* determine who shall receive his donated organs . . . Farmer
    John OR Oscar Mayer! What about the right NOT to have a nationality, NOT
    to be OWNED by a corporate entity? You notice there are no exceptions,
    reservations, limitations or interpretations to *this* "right". You have
    this "right" whether you want it, or NOT.}

    2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the
    right to change his nationality
    .

    {Cool. Then my nationality is whatever I say it is, right? And the local,
    state, federal or international courts have *no authority* to contradict MY
    DECLARATION of MY NATIONALITY. And if *my* nationality is not "recognized"
    by the UN and has not signed this "Declaration" they have to recognize it
    anyway, right? What about the right of self-declared "nations" who have
    NOT signed the UN Charter to freedom from genocidal war waged upon them by
    the UN or its member states? What about the right of the Chechens to be
    free from Soviet obliteration? Why aren't UN "Peacekeepers" in there
    protecting them from the Soviet Army?}

    Article 16

    1. Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race,
    nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family.
    They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at
    its dissolution.

    {No guarantees here for any silly, foolish, anarchistic, reactionary,
    UNcorrect, purported, delusional "rights" to conceive, bear, and rear
    children . . . free from government regulation and control. And what
    useless "rights" are hereby recognized ARE also subject to "LIMITATION"
    from ANY OTHER CAUSE BUT "race, nationality, or religion". Political
    and/or economic status or class is, of course, a *perfectly valid* reason
    for "limiting" your "inalienable rights."}

    2. Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of
    the intending spouses
    .

    {So if you raped her and knocked her up at thirteen, you don't have any
    obligation to marry her or take care of her and your child.}

    3. The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is
    entitled to protection by society and the State.

    {Oh Goody! "Entitled to protection by society and the State." ENTITLED to
    application, (conditional) approval, licensing, investigation, reporting,
    inspection, regulation, mandatory "education," child protective services,
    truant officers, social workers, foster homes, juvenile facilities,
    government day "care", etc.. What fantastic "rights"! But wait, there's
    more; I'm also "entitled" to seizure of my children at gun point for
    UN-approved parenting and "usual and customary" death-inducing medical
    procedures to "protect" my family. What about my "inalienable right" to
    PROTECT MY FAMILY *FROM* society and the State and the AMA and the filthy
    lawyers who write this crap?

    {And what about Article 12?:
    "No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his >>>> privacy,
    family, home or correspondence, <<<< nor to attacks upon his honour and
    reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against
    such interference or attacks."

    {Well, I guess we have to "balance" my right to privacy, family and home
    against my "right" to have my family "protected" by the state. After all,
    if society or the state violates my rights, it's not "arbitrary" now, is
    it? Naturally, they have to eliminate my privacy to protect my family and
    my state-owned children, which I am only conditionally "entitled" to until
    further notice.}

    Article 17

    1. Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association
    with others.

    {Absolutely no limitation whatsoever here on the rights of corporations to
    own people, governments, or other natural resources.}

    2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.{But if the state puts a gun to your head and takes your property to give
    to someone else per Articles 22, 25, etc., that's not "arbitrary," that's
    "social security".}

    Article 18

    Everyone has the right to freedom of thought
    ,

    {as long as they are constantly keeping this declaration in mind and
    STRIVING to be a good UNperson}

    conscience and religion;
    {as long as they love the UN wholly and without reservation and subscribe
    to a state-sponsored and approved religion}

    this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom,
    either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to
    manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.

    {As long as they don't THINK or SAY anything UNapproved by this declaration.}

    {Those Branch Davidians sure are glad the US signed this Declaration,
    especially since they have a "right" "to an effective remedy by the
    competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights
    granted him by the constitution or by law." I guess they have a "UN-Right"
    to be brought back from the dead and restored to their families and their
    church . . . subject to approval by the people who mass-murdered them, of
    course.}

    {If you still think this Article allows you ANY freedom of thought, read
    articles 26, 28, 29 and 30 before you get too happy.}

    Article 19

    Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression: this right
    includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive
    and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of
    frontiers.

    {Oh good! Per US treaty the US government CAN'T regulate or censor the
    internet. Wait till I tell Bill!

    {This article also clearly protects the opinion and statement that the UN
    is the vanguard of world slavery and a major global evil to be eliminated
    forthwith.}

    {Of course, Article 7 cancelled this "right" before you ever got around to
    having it if your opinions and expressions are not UN-approved. Don't get
    too excited about this "right" until you also read all the "fine print" in
    Articles 26, 28, 29 and 30.}

    Article 20

    1. Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.
    {As long as they have complied with all applicable rules and regulations
    and have timely applied for and received a valid parade, camping, assembly
    or other permit from government officials, are fully conforming to their
    conditional use permit, and have not violated any local, state, federal, or
    international laws, statutes, regulations, guidelines, declarations,
    treaties, orders, directives, public policies, permits, etc., and they
    don't think or say ANYTHING against the UN. Notice that armed resistance
    to tyranny, specifically Declared as a RIGHT by the Declaration of
    Independence of the United States, is NOT a right recognized by the UN. In
    fact, this Declaration is specifically designed to ELIMINATE that right.}

    2. No one may be compelled to belong to an association.
    {Is a state or nation an "association?" If so, how can I be compelled to
    have a nation, especially one which I do not "inhabit" but in which I must
    have a "residence?"}

    {Is the UN an association? Then I cannot be compelled to belong to the UN?
    NO, I can stop belonging to the UN at any time by simply retiring from
    breathing.}

    Article 21

    1. Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country,
    directly or through freely chosen representatives
    .

    {So a common-law jury or grand jury of the common people *directly* taking
    part in the government of their country is a right *specifically* Declared
    by the UN!}

    {What if I freely fire ALL my "representatives" and choose MYSELF to
    represent myself? Does this give me a right to act politically as I so
    choose? What if I choose to govern myself, and NOT to participate in the
    government of "my" country"?}

    2. Everyone has the right of equal access to public service in his country.
    {Is that actually an obligation to PAY for "public service." What about my
    right to neither access nor support "public service." What about my
    "right" NOT to make a contract of adhesion with national and global
    criminal conspiracies?}

    3. The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of
    government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections
    which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret
    vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.

    {Way cool! So propositions 187 and 215 are now the law of the land in
    California, and any government official, [including governors, supervisors,
    elected or appointed sheriffs, deputies, law enforcement officers, judges,
    prosecutors, attorneys, or ANY other functionaries] who contravenes the
    will of the people expressed through law is committing TREASON to his oath
    of office, which in time of NATIONAL EMERGENCY, such as now, is a capital
    crime punishable by hanging upon the verdict of a twelve man common-law
    jury!}

    Article 22

    Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is
    entitled to realization, through national effort and international
    cooperation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each
    State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his
    dignity and the free development of his personality.

    {Well, it's a little hard for me to see how I can exercise my rights
    declared under:
    "Article 17: 1. Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as
    in association with others. 2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of
    his property"
    when per this article "Everyone . . . has the right to social security and
    is entitled to realization, through national effort and international
    cooperation . . . of the economic, social and cultural rights
    indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality."
    What if they need MY PROPERTY for the "free development" of their
    personalities?}

    {The preamble to this declaration declares the "inherent dignity" of human
    life. Then, I find that I ACTUALLY need "realization, through national
    effort and international cooperation and in accordance with the
    organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and
    cultural rights indispensable for his {my} dignity and the free development
    of his {my} personality." I guess that dignity is not so "inherent" after
    all, if it takes the entire world operating under UNdirection to bring it
    to me.}

    {Is this "right" *actually* an OBLIGATION to provide "through national
    effort and international cooperation" for the SOCIAL SECURITY of "EVERYONE"
    on the planet, as interpreted by the UN? What about MY inalienable right
    NOT to provide for the "social security" of "EVERYONE." Do I have a right
    to OPT OUT out of this global UN-administrated communism?}

    {Doesn't this violate Article 4: "No one shall be held in slavery or
    servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their
    forms." by making ME the SLAVE of EVERYONE who is depending on ME for the
    "free development" of their personalities? It sounds to me like this makes
    EVERYONE a slave to the UN, in the name of "EVERYONE". It must be *WAY
    COOL* to represent "everyone" TO "everyone". Only the UN could perform
    such a *special* service for us! Everyone is "special", but lawyers are
    "extra-special", and UN-lawyers are "super extra double special with sugar
    on top".}

    Article 23

    1. Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just
    and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.

    {Praise the Lord! We can ALL be senators . . . with no
    unemployment-causing term limits.}

    {I *LOVE* this "right to work" shit. Every sheep has a *right* to a *free*
    haircut every year. Let's get the GOOD NEWS out to the American Indians,
    the Eskimos, the Australian aborigines, the nomadic forest tribes of South
    American, and the African forest pygmies that, due to the UN's incredible
    generosity, they have a "RIGHT TO WORK!" They don't have to be shiftless
    and lazy and foolishly waste their entire lives lounging about in their
    family huts like their ancestors did for 50,000 years, growing and eating
    local food, taking their favorite local drugs, and having a good old time
    their entire lives. NOW they have something *worthwhile* to do. They can
    GET A JOB and GO TO WORK every day! Now they can earn *FIAT money*, obtain
    *CREDIT*, go into DEBT, pay INTEREST, pay TAXES, and contribute to the
    "SOCIAL SECURITY" of "EVERYONE" on the planet! God bless the UN!}

    {This "protection" against unemployment wouldn't by any chance actually be
    MY OBLIGATION to protect "EVERYONE" else against unemployment now, would
    it? Is this one of those "inalienable rights" that I don't have the right
    to opt out of, because it is UN-protected?}

    2. Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for
    equal work.

    3. Everyone who works has the right to just and favourable remuneration
    ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity,
    and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.

    {Does this "right" actually mean that I am OBLIGATED to pay you and your
    family whatever you and the UN decide is necessary to ensure for you and
    your family an existence worthy of human dignity? Can you explain to me
    how this ensures MY "inherent" human dignity? Does this also obligate YOU
    to pay ME enough so that I can pay you back enough to have your dignity,
    and still have some dignity left over for myself? Can YOU afford that much?}

    {And what about the government and UN-officials administering these
    transactions? Don't they also have a right to just and favorable
    remuneration ensuring for themselves and their families an existence worthy
    of human dignity? This is where I don't follow the logic of this otherwise
    brilliant and wise plan: there isn't enough money in the world to ensure an
    existence "worthy of human dignity" to any government official involved in
    this treasonous morally repugnant criminal official slavery. Doesn't this
    grossly violate Article 4 which prohibits "slavery ... in all ... forms"?}

    {Notice also that per this article, only those "who work" have a right to
    ". . . an existence worthy of human dignity." Git back to work, Boy!
    You're WAY behind on your Dignity Quota!}

    4. Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the
    protection of his interests.
    {Like the trade union of "WE THE PEOPLE" who united to protect their
    god-given rights and interests and declared independence from unjust
    government? I guess this guarantees my right to join a trade union to
    protect MY interests FROM the UN. Oh, wait, no, I'm sorry, . . . Articles
    7, 26, 28, 29 and 30 preemptively cancel that absurd reactionary "right".}

    Article 24

    Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation
    of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.

    {I'm sure this doesn't mean I'M obligated to pay for UN-officials'
    vacations, booze, drugs, or mistresses.}

    {Aren't all the prisoners in jails and prisons going to be *thrilled* to
    learn that, per US treaty and UN Declaration, they have a *right* to
    periodic holidays with pay? Thanks to the UN, they have the opportunity to
    participate in their government by suing state and federal prison officials
    for denying them their HUMAN RIGHTS per US treaty. I think they can
    probably force criminal indictments of those officials for willful and
    deliberate violation of their human rights, and can certainly recover
    damages from the state or federal governments under Title 42.

    Article 25

    1. Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health
    and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing,
    housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to
    security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old
    age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.

    {I can't help it: I'M DISHONEST AND LAZY AND A JUNKIE ALCOHOLIC AND I STEAL
    AND CAN'T HOLD A JOB. Take care of me!}

    {And the "right" to live happily ever after.}

    {Your right to obtain all these things from ME doesn't make me YOUR slave
    in any way now, does it?}

    {Of course, what's "adequate" for the "common people" would NOT be adequate
    for a government or UN official. That's only reasonable. They are taking
    care of ALL of us, so ALL of us should take care of them, as THEY deem
    "necessary." Don't YOU agree?}

    2. Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance.
    All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same
    social protection.

    {All animals are equal, but some are MORE EQUAL than others and "entitled
    to special care and assistance." Everyone is special of course, but some
    people are Extra Special. Adult males and barren women need not apply.
    YOU are obligated to provide this special care and assistance for them, of
    course. Aren't you happy to serve?}

    {Note that these "specially" equal children are entitled to "social
    protection," NOT the protection of their *parents*, as that would be
    "unequally discriminatory", of course. We are talking here about the
    "social protection" of the State.}

    Article 26

    1. Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at
    least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall
    be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made
    generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all
    on the basis of merit.

    {Doesn't the "right" to "compulsory education," violate the rights of
    family, privacy, religion and expression guaranteed in articles 12, 18 and
    19? And what about Article 4: "No one shall be held in slavery or
    servitude?" I thought a basic right was freedom. I guess I was wrong. Am
    I OBLIGATED by this article to pay for the "free" education which the State
    deems "suitable" for YOUR children, as well as my own. What about the
    right to educate your own children in the privacy of your own family and
    religion as YOU choose, free from state inspection, regulation,
    supervision, approval and interference?}

    2. Education shall be directed to the full development of the human
    personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and
    fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and
    friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further
    the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.
    {Above all, keep the sheep fat, dumb, slow, hypnotized, docile and obedient.}

    {OOOOOOoooooooh! What about the freedom of family and privacy guaranteed
    in Article 12. What about complete freedom of thought and expression
    guaranteed by Articles 18 and 19? How does this "compulsory education" to
    "further the activities of the United Nations" strengthen respect for THOSE
    fundamental freedoms?

    3. Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall
    be given to their children.

    {As long as they "choose" AND pay for the *compulsory* state education
    which *forcibly* instills state-approved ideas, propaganda and values in
    children, regardless of their parents wishes, and "further{s} the
    activities of the United Nations".}

    {Okay children, now what's the toll-free number to report your parents for
    committing thought crimes?}

    {There must be something wrong with me because I just don't quite see how
    "compulsory education" that furthers "the activities of the United Nations"
    also furthers the "freedom of speech and belief . . ." that has been
    "proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people" in "Whereas:
    #2." Perhaps it is my criminal lack of *compulsory* UNeducation.}

    Article 27

    1. Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of
    the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and
    its benefits.
    {I saw a lot of homeless people at the country club and the opera just last
    week.}

    2. Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material
    interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of
    which he is the author.
    {Unless, of course, he says something un-UN, which is specifically
    prohibited by articles 29 and 30.}

    Article 28

    Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the
    rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.

    {Now this is the BEST! I have a *RIGHT* to a communist "New World Order".
    I am *ENTITLED* to be owned and regulated by the UN! This "entitlement"
    couldn't be converted by others WITHOUT MY CONSENT into an OBLIGATION and a
    BURDEN ON ME in any way now, could it?}

    {Every sheep has a RIGHT to a "social and international order" in which his
    RIGHTS to be a organ donor are protected by the heavily armed
    "Peacekeepers" of the Sheepherders Association! Isn't this just the best
    of all possible worlds, thanks to the UN?}

    Article 29

    1. Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full
    development of his personality is possible.

    {Rumors that George Orwell has "passed on" are considerably exaggerated.
    My "duties" to the "community" make me "free!" So my "right" to "free and
    full development" is *actually* a DUTY to THINK AND DO AS I AM TOLD. Now I
    see it all clearly. How could I live with myself without the UN to help me
    develop my personality? Much like an "undeveloped country," I am *clearly*
    in need of "international cooperation" to achieve "greater freedom" through
    UN imposed "duties."}

    2. In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject
    only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of
    securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others
    and of meeting the just requirements of mortality, public order and the
    general welfare in a democratic society.

    {In fairness to the UN, I have discovered that "mortality" is spelled
    "morality" in other versions of this document, and is thus probably a typo
    in the version I first discovered. In fairness to truth, it doesn't make a
    bit of difference: you still have a "moral" obligation to die when their
    "Peacekeeper" puts a gun to your head and pulls the trigger.}

    {So I must meet the "just requirements of morality" as well as those of
    "public order" and the "general welfare in a democratic society" in
    exercising my rights and freedoms. What if I live in a *republican*
    society? What if I object to the idea that my "inalienable rights" are in
    fact "limited by law" for the purposes of "morality, public order, and the
    general welfare." What if I'm not willing to abandon all my natural rights
    and lie down and be dead if the "public order" requires it? What if I
    don't want or accept a right or entitlement to "morality, public order, and
    the general welfare?" CAN I *OPT OUT* OF MY UN "RIGHTS," OR ARE THEY
    *ACTUALLY* OBLIGATORY, MANDATORY, INESCAPABLE, IRREVOCABLE, ODIOUS,
    BURDENSOME, LOATHSOME, TREASONOUS, VILE, CRIMINAL *OBLIGATIONS* AND
    *SERVITUDE* AS *PROHIBITED* BY ARTICLES 3, 4 AND 5?}

    3. These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the
    purposes and principles of the United Nations
    .

    {Ah, there's the RUB, I have "inalienable" rights, BUT ONLY so long as the
    UN says so. The UN is all knowing, all seeing, wise, kind, generous, and
    infallible. Only IT has REAL rights: everyone else has ONLY those
    temporary conditional revocable privileges granted to them by it until
    further notice.}

    Article 30

    Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State,
    group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act
    aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.

    {So the BOTTOM LINE IS, LITERALLY, THAT *NO* "State, group, or person" has
    "*ANY RIGHT*" to reject or vilify this slimy weasel-word lawyer-crap
    world-communist SLAVE "Declaration!" Why is it not then properly titled
    "UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF SUB-HUMAN INDENTURE, MISERY AND CHATTEL SLAVERY"?}

    {In an era in which the US government says that UN treaties override,
    cancel, and preempt domestic laws within the various states, I think the
    season must be ripe for *thousands* of lawsuits against the US government,
    AND thousands of *criminal* prosecutions of government officials for
    failure to comply with ALL of THESE rights asserted by the UN as
    "UNIVERSAL" *AND RATIFIED BY THE US CONGRESS*. According to the UN AND the
    US government, this is the law of every land, every where, on this and all
    other planets. Hadn't they better starting keeping it themselves then?
    Aren't ALL government officials bound to abide by this declaration, under
    penalty of law?}

    {Why hasn't the Communications Decency Act been declared, not merely
    "unconstitutional" but "in violation of Article 19 of the UNiversal
    Declaration of Human Rights?" If the government is going to shove this red
    hot poker up your ass whenever they feel like it, shouldn't they bend over
    and *smile* when the "free development" of YOUR personality requires that
    you give them a great big taste of their own medicine for the "social
    security" of everyone?}
