Homer has it I think (Doh!) ... not sure what "Mr T" is doing in there ... maybe it shows what an unrealistic view of Americans a lot of Europeans have? (These are the shortlist from those who received the most nominations) I voted for Dylan of course

After returning from Germany in April I got a very interesting perspective from European TV and the local community having spoke with them on my vacation regarding these issues. The TV showed a totally different view than if you were watching CNN 24/7. It gave the reality of the recent events rather than a pro war perspective as seen daily from the american channels. Many Germans view the president as he was showing similarities to Hitler according to his recent actions but for different reasons. I think Europeans have difficulty with understanding why the Americans need to police the world and miss the American right to freedom and passion about it.

The programme has just finished.

I thought it was interesting and some of the stats were quite telling (you could often devide posters up on here the same way). The huge discrepancies between how the USA sees what they do and how the rest of the world sees things was an eye opener and helps me understand why some people say the things they do ... they really believe them !
