Since Watchtower attempted to "ruin the earth" they were required to post $25,000.00 Bond in their Cleanup effort. If Watchtower continues to comply with the law of the land, $20,000.00 of the $50,000.00 FINE is suspended.

Your personal copy of this is available under (FOIL) Freedom of Information Law from:

New York State Department of Environmental Conservation

Division of Environmental Enforcement, 14th Floor

625 Broadway, Albany, New York 12233-5500

PS - You WT. Boys sending me virus's, Thanks. I only open my mail at a public library.

I've requested pictures under ( FOIL ) if any are sent to me I'll post them, unless of course they appear first in the Awake or WT.

You can be fined $50,000 because of run off from your parking lot. You're making way too big a deal of this. It's almost impossible for any large organization to avoid some kind of an issue with the EPA or similar state, county or city agencies at some point. Give it a rest, $50,000 doesn't constitute ruining the earth. That costs at least $60,000.

Porky Choppy - If your "parking lot" received final approval from the Gov. you won't be fined. Period!

I'll give it a rest as soon as Wt. takes a rest pointing the finger at other religions, claiming moral superiority.

Acccording to Page 2 #6 from July 1999 the staff made 11 Return Visits up till March 2001 to see improvement.

For a "Spirit Directed Org." from God, Was God napping during those Return Visits? Or was it that the Holy Spirit was on Strike at that time?

Forgive me if misquote a word or two but one of the latest, Our Kingdom Ministry's said,"This internet, is certainly a blessing from the Lord"

    The BORG are spiritually polluted.

    They polluted our minds.

    Nothing else surprises me.

I imagine that an organisation run by the Almighty could get rid of garbage without getting fined by the Superior Authorities.

I don't think JWrobot is making a big deal out of it. Do you think the R & F would ever find out these things from the WT itself?

What have they not swept under the carpet? Maybe this time they ran out of carpets?

Keep it up JWrobot! Uncover as much as you can, and PUBLISH it. Right on!!!

One thing for sure, this board never lacks a surfeit of stupidity. I bet if you look really hard you can find out that someone at Bethel has been given a parking ticket.

Parking tickets are somewhat different than Organisations which condemn others for polluting and then turn around and pollute themself. "The WT is a "clean" org. which houses pedophiles, goes to bed with the Wild Beast, has shares in the military, creates pollution, tells lies, deceives and has much blood on their hands.

Who's the one being stupid? Isn't it the one defending an org. like this?

I'm curious as to how the WTS acquired this property. Does anyone have any idea?? I mean, really, what would the WTS really want with a shale quarry??

I'd LMAO if it turned out that it was donated or bequeathed to the WTS, who didn't bother to investigate what they were getting their greedy little hands on when they saw a deed to a property. Maybe it was even donated by someone who felt they got "shafted" by the organization, and felt that a shale mine that does not meet EPA standards was an appropriate bequest to "shaft" them back.

    Love, Scully
