Rand Cam Engine Corp. is a privately held company whose stock is reportedly
owned 50% by The Watchtower Society, a religious organization, 34% by James
McCann and the balance by several other shareholders. Mr. McCann has indicated
that he donated the shares held by The Watchtower Society to that organization
but has retained a voting proxy for those shares. Accordingly, in Notes (3) and
(4) above, beneficial ownership of the 5,257,900 shares registered in the name
of Rand Energy Group Inc. has been attributed to The Watchtower Society and Mr.

(RRE.V / OTC BB: REG RF) and its U.S. subsidiary REGI U.S., Inc. (OTC BB: RGUS) wish to announce that a U.S. Navy contract (SBIR No1-144) has been awardedto Advanced Ceramics Research (prime contractor) and REGI U.S., Inc. to build and test a Naval 0.5 horsepower ceramic engine. The proposed engine is a four stroke Rand Cam engine utilizing continuous injection and combustion in a single combustion chamber. The engine will be of all ceramic construction to permit high temperature operation, without cooling, to effectively burn hheavy oil. This new motor will be developed for powering the U.S. Navys new Smart War-fighter Array of Re-configurable Modules (SWARM) low cost unmanned aerial vehicle.

REGI U.S., Inc. is currently in negotiations with Advanced Ceramics Research to license the Ceramic Rand Cam Engine for commercial and U.S. Navy applications for this type of engine. REGI U.S., Inc. will receive 30% of the Phase I budget and 50% of the Phase II budget when awarded. The contract should start before the end of the calendar year. A JW inventor named James McCann sold an "exclusive license" to his "ram-cam technology invention" to a non_JW named John Robertson._______

Robertson paid McCann's Corporation (named Ram Cam Engine Corp) for McCann's invention with stock in Robertson's Corp. (named REG Technologies, Inc.) ________

Somewhere in all this, McCann donated 50% of the shares in his own Corp to the Watchtower Society. However, McCann retained all voting rights to those shares._______

Neither McCann, nor his Corp, NOR THE WTS has any say-so in what Robertson now does with the technology that he purchased from McCann.________

McCann and Robertson have even been in at least one documented legal battle.________

Additionally, McCann's original technology had to go through many improvements by Robertson's own engineers before it was marketable._______

The "Navy contract" mentioned above is with REGI US, which is the American subsidiary of Robertson's REG TECH._______

Again, NEITHER McCann nor the WTS have any control over Robertson or REGI US._______

All I did was post the material I found. It seems to be all in order. The Watchtower as you said indeed owns 50 % of the shares. And they do have a deal with the Navy. So what else is new?

Maybe the UN schandal never happened. Neither did the holocaust.

This post confirms that the wbts does own a large share of this company. The fact, if it is a fact, that they have no control over this company does not relieve them of responsibility. If you own shares in a company you will benefit from its profits. So the wbts recieves revenue from this company for the shares owned.

Maybe the wbts justifies this using the new approach to military service. It is a matter of conscience. Obviously they have no consience.

Can you point out to me where I lied, since I never stated any opinions. (oops not true. I said "so much for them not being part of Satan's World." sorry for that.)

I only published what I found. I cannot see what issue I'm trying to make larger since there is no issue. Just facts.

EireGuy: Yes, the Regi issue has been around a while ... but the navy Contract is fairly new. Although there have been other previous military contracts. Yes, the shares were donated to the Watchtower Society, but there are three issues you are sidestepping:

1. The Society should have immediately rejected such shares upoin learning they were involved in military contracts.

2. Mr. McCann retains voting rights, and as a JW he should have voted against any military involvement, or simply instructed the Watchtower to sell the sahres.

3. The Watchtower Society reaps dividends from these shares, making them benefit from military money, and this makes them hypocrits.

The comment that the poor Watchtower Society does not control the voting rights is a pure excsue ... for the Society as a religion controls Mr. Mcann, and can tell him to take the shares back and dispose of them, or they can sell them themselves, and donate the money to charity rather than benefiting from tainted military money ... for that is exactly what they would require of a rank and file JW.
