Jesus Christ and His Heavenly Father love the little Lambs

Isaiah 40:10: Behold, the Lord Jehovah will come as a Mighty One, and His arm will rule for Him: Behold, His reward is with Him, and His repayment before Him.
Isaiah 40:11: He will feed His Flock like a Shepherd, He will gather the lambs in His arm, and carry them in His bosom, and will gently lead those who have their young.

Psalm 23:1: Jehovah is my Shepherd: I shall lack nothing.
Psalm 23:2: He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters.
Psalm 23:3: He restores my soul. He guides me in the paths of righteousness for His Name's sake.
Psalm 23:4: Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me. Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
Psalm 23:5: You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil. My cup runs over.
Psalm 23:6: Surely goodness and loving kindness shall follow me all the days of my life, And I shall dwell in Jehovah's house forever.

Psalm 119:176: I have gone astray like a lost sheep. Seek Your servant, for I don't forget Your Commandments.

Jeremiah 23:1: Woe to the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture! says Jehovah.
Jeremiah 23:2: Therefore thus says Jehovah, the God of Israel, against the shepherds who feed My people: You have scattered My Flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them; behold, I will visit on you the evil of your doings, says Jehovah.
Jeremiah 23:3: I will gather the remnant of My Flock out of all the countries where I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and multiply.
Jeremiah 23:4: I will set up shepherds over them, who shall feed them; and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall any be lacking, says Jehovah.
Jeremiah 23:5: Behold, the days come, says Jehovah, that I will raise to David a Righteous Branch, and He shall reign as King and deal wisely, and shall execute justice and righteousness in the land.

Jeremiah 50:6: My people have been lost sheep: their shepherds have caused them to go astray; they have turned them away on the mountains; they have gone from mountain to hill; they have forgotten their resting-place.
Jeremiah 50:7: All who found them have devoured them; and their adversaries said, We are not guilty, because they have sinned against Jehovah, the habitation of righteousness, even Jehovah, the hope of their fathers.

Ezekiel 34:2: Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and tell them, even to the shepherds, Thus says the Lord Jehovah: Woe to the shepherds of Israel who feed themselves! Shouldn't the shepherds feed the sheep?
Ezekiel 34:3: You eat the fat, and you clothe you with the wool, you kill the fatlings; but you don't feed the sheep.
Ezekiel 34:4: You haven't strengthened the diseased, neither have you healed that which was sick, neither have you bound up that which was broken, neither have you brought back that which was driven away, neither have you sought that which was lost; but with force and with rigor have you ruled over them.
Ezekiel 34:5: They were scattered, because there was no shepherd; and they became food to all the animals of the field, and were scattered.
Ezekiel 34:6: My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and on every high hill: yes, My sheep were scattered on all the surface of the Earth; and there was none who searched or sought.
Ezekiel 34:7: Therefore, you shepherds, hear the Word of Jehovah:
    Ezekiel 34:8: As I live, says the Lord Jehovah, surely because My sheep became a prey, and My sheep became food to all the animals of the field, because there was no shepherd, neither did My shepherds search for My sheep, but the shepherds fed themselves, and didn't feed My sheep;
Ezekiel 34:9: therefore, you shepherds, hear the Word of Jehovah:
Ezekiel 34:10: Thus says the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require My sheep at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the sheep; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; and I will deliver My sheep from their mouth, that they may not be food for them.
Ezekiel 34:11: For thus says the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I Myself, even I, will search for My sheep, and will seek them out.
Ezekiel 34:12: As a shepherd seeks out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered abroad, so will I seek out My sheep; and I will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.
Ezekiel 34:13: I will bring them out from the peoples, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them into their own land; and I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, by the watercourses, and in all the inhabited places of the country.
Ezekiel 34:14: I will feed them with good pasture; and on the mountains of the height of Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie down in a good fold; and on fat pasture shall they feed on the mountains of Israel.
Ezekiel 34:15: I Myself will be the Shepherd of My sheep, and I will cause them to lie down, says the Lord Jehovah.
Ezekiel 34:16: I will seek that which was lost, and will bring back that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but the fat and the strong I will destroy; I will feed them in justice.
Ezekiel 34:17: As for you, O My Flock, thus says the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I judge between sheep and sheep, the rams and the male goats.
Ezekiel 34:18: Does it seem to be a small thing to you to have fed on the good pasture, but you must tread down with your feet the residue of your pasture? And to have drunk of the clear waters, but you must foul the residue with your feet?
Ezekiel 34:19: As for My sheep, they eat that which you have trodden with your feet, and they drink that which you have fouled with your feet.
Ezekiel 34:20: Therefore thus says the Lord Jehovah to them: Behold, I, even I, will judge between the fat sheep and the lean sheep.
    Ezekiel 34:21: Because you thrust with side and with shoulder, and push all the diseased with your horns, until you have scattered them abroad;
Ezekiel 34:22: therefore will I save My Flock, and they shall no longer be a prey; and I will judge between sheep and sheep.
Ezekiel 34:23: I will set up One Shepherd over them, and He shall feed them, even My Servant David; He shall feed them, and He shall be their Shepherd.
Ezekiel 34:24: I, Jehovah, will be their God, and My Servant David Prince among them; I, Jehovah, have spoken it.
Ezekiel 34:25: I will make with them a Covenant of Peace, and will cause evil animals to cease out of the land; and they shall dwell securely in the wilderness, and sleep in the woods.
Ezekiel 34:26: I will make them and the places round about My Hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in its season; there shall be showers of blessing.
Ezekiel 34:27: The tree of the field shall yield its fruit, and the Earth shall yield its increase, and they shall be secure in their land; and they shall know that I am Jehovah, when I have broken the bars of their yoke, and have delivered them out of the hand of those who made slaves of them.
Ezekiel 34:28: They shall no longer be a prey to the nations, neither shall the animals of the Earth devour them; but they shall dwell securely, and none shall make them afraid.
Ezekiel 34:29: I will raise up to them a plantation for renown, and they shall be no more consumed with famine in the land, neither bear the shame of the nations any more.

Ezekiel 34:31: You My sheep, the sheep of My pasture, are men, and I am your God, says the Lord Jehovah.

Matthew 9:35: Jesus went about all the cities and the villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people.
Matthew 9:36: But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were harassed and scattered, like sheep without a shepherd.

Matthew 18:5: Whoever receives one such little child in My Name receives Me,
Matthew 18:6: but whoever causes one of these little children who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him that a huge millstone should be hung around his neck, and that he should be sunk in the depths of the sea.

Matthew 18:10: See that you don't despise one of these little children, for I tell you that in Heaven their angels always see the face of My Father who is in Heaven.
Matthew 18:11: For the Son of Man came to save that which was lost.
Matthew 18:12: "What do you think? If a man has one hundred sheep, and one of them goes astray, doesn't he leave the ninety-nine, go to the mountains, and seek that which has gone astray?
Matthew 18:13: If he finds it, most assuredly I tell you, he rejoices over it more than over the ninety-nine which have not gone astray.
Matthew 18:14: Even so it is not the Will of your Father who is in Heaven that one of these little children should perish.

John 10:11: I am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd lays down His Life for the sheep.
John 10:12: He who is a hired hand, and not a shepherd, who doesn't own the sheep, sees the wolf coming, leaves the sheep, and flees. The wolf snatches the sheep, and scatters them.
John 10:13: The hired hand flees because he is a hired hand, and doesn't care for the sheep.
    John 10:14: I am the Good Shepherd. I know My own, and I'm known by My own;
John 10:15: even as the Father knows Me, and I know the Father. I lay down My Life for the sheep.

Undisfellowshiped, thanks for doing that research. I am going to save it for further reference. In all my years in the truth, I always felt that a good and deep relationship with God was so elusive. I always read the scriptures thinking that they did not really apply to me as a person. The Wt does a real number of the flock by making them feel that they are second class citizen. Only the anointed matter.

Its only in the last year that I feel my relationship with my creator is stronger than ever. The Bible has come alive because I now know that what I read is for me too. I too am a lamb of value. Thanks again.

    Hi Undis,

Psalm 23 and John 10 did it for me several years ago. When I read that Jehovah is the Shepherd in Psalms and Jesus calls himself the Good Shepherd in the NWT I was floored. I sang Hallelujah! Seek and you shall find! The Good Lord opened my eyes and I was begining to be free.
