The Watchtower says Jesus is a LIAR!

Here is BIG CONTRADICTION between the Watchtower and the Bible:

The Watchtower Society says that Jesus Christ was Resurrected as a "Spirit Creature" and that He no longer had His Body because Jehovah (The Father) "zapped" His Body out of existence.

    What does the Bible say?:

John 2:18: The Jews therefore answered Him, "What sign do You show us, seeing that You do these things?"
John 2:19: Jesus answered them, "Destroy this Temple, and in three days I will raise It up."
John 2:20: The Jews therefore said, "Forty-six years was this Temple in building, and will You raise it up in three days?"
John 2:21: But He spoke of the Temple of His Body.
John 2:22: When therefore He was raised from the dead, His Disciples remembered that He said this, and they believed the Scripture, and the Word which Jesus had said.

Luke 24:36: As they said these things, Jesus Himself stood among them, and said to them, "Peace be to you."
Luke 24:37: But they were terrified and filled with fear, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.
Luke 24:38: He said to them, "Why are you troubled? Why do doubts arise in your hearts?
Luke 24:39: See My hands and My feet, that it is truly Me. Touch Me and see, for a spirit doesn't have flesh and bones, as you see that I have."
Luke 24:40: When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His feet.
Luke 24:41: While they still didn't believe for joy, and wondered, He said to them, "Do you have anything here to eat?"
Luke 24:42: They gave Him a piece of a broiled fish and some honeycomb.
Luke 24:43: He took them, and ate in front of them.
Luke 24:44: He said to them, "This is what I told you, while I was still with you, that all things which are written in the Law of Moses, the Prophets, and the Psalms, concerning Me must be fulfilled."

So, according to Watchtower Doctrine, Jesus "materialized" a fake body with fake holes in His fake hands and a fake hole in His fake side in order to deceive the Apostles into believing that He was resurrected in His Body, but in actuality Jehovah had already zapped Jesus' Body and turned it into gases.

But, if Jesus was really resurrected as a "Spirit Creature", then why would He have even needed to try and prove that His Body was resurrected? Oh, that's right, because IF Jesus' Body was not raised up, then that means Jesus made a False Prophecy in John 2:18-22.

I would love to hear a JW try and explain this away.

Also, the Watchtower likes to say that Jesus could not have taken His Body into Heaven because it is written "Flesh and Blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God", BUT NOTICE, Luke 24:29 says that Jesus' Resurrected Body was FLESH AND BONES, not Flesh and Blood!

Also, as a side-note, Luke 24:39 shows that the Watchtower is WRONG about demons coming to Earth and having sex with women before the Flood.

Or, if demons really did come to Earth and have sex with women, then that means Jesus used a bad arguement which wouldn't have proved anything.

Well, who do you believe, Jesus or the Watchtower?

I know that Jesus would not have used a bad arguement and Jesus cannot lie, so I'm gonna go with Jesus.

In Luke 24:39, the point Jesus made to PROVE that He was raised in His Body, was that spirits (angels and demons) DO NOT have flesh and bones!

You see, even if demons possessed humans and then caused the humans to have sex with women, it is still the humans who are having sex with each other, not the demons.

The demons could not have actually become human -- which also proves that Jesus is not an angel -- because angels could not become humans.

Only God can become a Human.

You need to check your facts before shooting your mouth off & slandering others.

Why not spend your time doing what the bible tells you to do (eg Matthew 28:18 -20) instead of slagging off others..(now what scripture would that be.?

You make a good point regarding Jesus being resurrected in bodily form vs. as a spirit form of sorts.

    But, regarding the Nephilum (sp?)

Luke 24:39: See My hands and My feet, that it is truly Me. Touch Me and see, for a spirit doesn't have flesh and bones, as you see that I have."

Also, Luke 24:39 shows that the Watchtower is WRONG about demons coming to Earth and having sex with women before the Flood.

Ah....but the WTS teaches that Jesus was Michael the arc-angel, yet he came to earth in bodily form and on other occaisons angels appeared before various ones in the flesh...And Satan embodied a serpent (which have flesh and bones), and demons came out of the possesed man and into a herd of swine......so really fallen angels, aka demons, could take on human form in the flesh if they wanted to.....taking fleshly form and having relations with woman in the pre-flood times was possible by WTS understanding at least. If I recall correctly, when the flood came, the demons left the human bodies behind to avoid drowning to death, and went back to Heaven. Regardless wether Jesus was an angel or not....the seems to be enough evidence documented in the Bible to indicate that the Nephilum could have been fallen angels embodied in human form.....who knows.

    Just my thoughts.

Please enlighten us as to where UNDisfellowshipped is wrong, What are the facts, I am quite certain that the Organization does teach that Jesus was resurrected a spirit creature. Now all theology aside please list your facts and a decent rebuttal, so that the discussion may continue coherently.

    Precisly Truth 2 Me,

Demons can posses individuals, but they can't trans-substantiate, can't become flesh. That is why the Diety of Christ is so profound because God can Trans-substantiate.

    Thank you

Surely you are postulating - I've met a couple of jws that I was pretty sure were devils, and others that sure seemed possessed by demons.

    Exetazo,

    Thank You for your comments

    You said:

You need to check your facts before shooting your mouth off & slandering others.

Please, I would love for you to show me where I slandered anyone, or where I "shot my mouth off" without having the facts.

Why not spend your time doing what the bible tells you to do (eg Matthew 28:18 -20) instead of slagging off others..(now what scripture would that be.?

    Now this is very interesting.

I think it shows a lot when you say "Do what the Bible says" and then you quote Matthew 28:18-20. First of all, it shows that you are a Jehovah's Witness.

Secondly, it shows what you believe is most important of all in the entire Bible -- in fact more important than love or truth -- is putting in your hours so you can earn your salvation.

I want to leave you with a Watchtower Quote:

The Watchtower, November 15th, 1963 Issue, Page 688:

"Can there be false religion? It is not a form of religious persecution for anyone to say and to show that another religion is false. It is not religious persecution for an informed person to expose publicly a certain religion as being false, thus allowing persons to see the difference between false religion and true religion.

    Exetazo the Simple stated:

Why not spend your time doing what the bible tells you to do

    * throws the bible out the window *

Looks like we get to play by MY rules now.

    The Simple Minded Bible Bully

There once was a little goody two shoe Witness that visited a board of free minded people. His name was Exetazo the Simple. Poor wittle Exetazo lived in a box with many many rules, and he thought that everyone else lived by those rules also. This was called arrogance. Also, Extetazo the Simple had such a closed mind and lack of faith, he believed that he had righteous and holy reasons to be apart of a group of people that had the only real "truth". This was called eltism.

Then one day, Exetazo came upon a wicked apostate site. Oh no!

Then, Exetazo posted on the site! Oh no!

"Jehovah" was very sad to see that Exetazo the Simple found himself "special". "Jehovah" saw what Exetazo was doing. Exetazo believed he had righteous and biblical reasons to post on such a site. Yet this was a big "no no" in "Jehovah's" eyes. Poor wittle Exetazo broke the rules from within that wittle box he lived in. Shame....shame. This is called hypocrisy. From that day forth, Exetazo the Simple was dubbed (heheh) Exetazo the Hypocrit.

    Why?

Because when he told others to "spend your time what the bible tells you to do", when he...HIMSELF...didn't follow what "the bible" told him to do. He really didn't appreciate the "live by the sword, die by the sword" council in which he had read time and again.

Thus, Exetazo the Hypocrit, was defeated.

And D8TA got to walk away with the JWD Prom Queen OTS (hubba hubba) in to the sunset.*1

    THE END

    D8TA

*1: The story needed a happy ending. Actual event didn't happen and was used for story enhancing purposes only.

WEll, It looks like our friend Ex hasn't had the balls to reply with informed information. UNDisfellowshipped, Terrific WT quote, the Borg is laced with those, just read the "Mankinds Search For God" Book, unfortunately, and hypocritically they don't apply this to themselves, as they have the truth.

    D8TA,

I'm sorry but that wasn't a very kind story at all, how will we ever show the JW apologists that we are right, if all we do is stoop to their level and name call and mock them. They are the ones that need help, we are the ones who are out and free. Let's band together to help them join our ranks and not wedge them further away from us like they do to themselves.

I'm sorry but that wasn't a very kind story at all

You continue to do it your way, I'll do it mine. I'm not known for my "kindness".

how will we ever show the JW apologists that we are right

It will be the day you realize that this is not about being "right" or "wrong".

if all we do is stoop to their level and name call and mock them.

Ah yes. To you, your world is filled with civil debates and intellectual reason, well congratulations in accomplishing what you deem ever so noble in your perception in life. Shall I say again that I do not hold such perceptions, and shall I say again that I am entitled to approach whomever on whatever "level"? Please, again, what is this "universal scale" in which you speak of that contains this measurement of "levels". The "Mock & Name Call" table?

They are the ones that need help, we are the ones who are out and free.

Oh boy...since this about Exetazo (and not one's who are seeking help or a different P.O.V.): They "need" our help? From what? Their chosen path in faith? Lemme guess, hindus, muslims, daoists, shintoists, tribal religions that follow Nephu the Jelly Bean God...they must "need" our help also. Right? I mean after all, we are ever so much more enlightened then these people. They are just so ass backwards and since we are "free", we just march right in and help them...right?(This is going along in concert with the "right" & "wrong" approach)

Let's band together to help them join our ranks and not wedge them further away from us like they do to themselves.

No thanks, I tend to stay away from "bands" and "ranks"...and those who promote uniformity with a common goal. I have my issues with the WTBTS...just like you. My unorhodox methods do not fit within the general opinion of how behavior is to conducted for simply I am who I am.

I've demonstrated plenty of times that, yes indeedy, I can be "kind" to those who are coming here with questions and seeking a different point of view. I've also demonstrated that I am, nor is ANYONE, entitled NOT to take crap from those who wish to cause trouble for the sake of causing trouble. I'll be the magnet for these people, for I have my personal reasons for doing this.

Now, after my lenghty retort I will resort to being my direct self and with no offense I say: When I need your council, I will ask for it.
