In the Chinese language you have 2 versions: Traditional & Simplified.

Ever since the Watchtower opened a field office in Hong Kong, they have made the Watchtower Study magazines into two versions: Traditional & Simplified.

The Watchtower's communist roots go back further than that. Charles Taze Russel in his early Watch Tower (notice there is a difference between Watch Tower aka guard tower.... & Watchtower aka Enochian Magic, aka Justice League, aka League of the Just Men 1834, aka Communist League 1847) predicted some 36 years in advance that there would be a communist revolution in Russia. It was called many things but in 1918 it was officially called a communist revolution, exactly around the time when the Government began arresting Rutherford.

When you do the research you find that the last communist meeting was held in Allegheny Pennsylvania, exactly where & when Russel began his Watch Tower.

Don't you find it strange that the Watchtower is able to produce so many worker bee JW's, who operate like mindless robots???

Isn't the Bethel factory simply a glorified Chinese sweat-shop where you eat & sleep?

Why is it that China & Watchtower both have high levels of production at LOW wages?

Currently the Watchtower & Awake are the #1 & #2 most widely distributed magazine in the world.

Why is it that the average JW feels like he is living under a communist dictatorship?

Why is it that he is afraid to think, feel, or express his doubts?

Why is it that the undying devotion that many North Koreans feel toward their leader, is exactly the same to the undying devotion demanded from the flock for the Governing Body?

Why is it if you criticize a Communist regime, your food stamp card or business license is pulled immediately... exactly like the disfellowshipping arrangement?

If you have ever viewed North Korean propaganda magazines, brochures & books, why is it that their photographs & color schemes are almost a mirror image of the Watchtower's?

    Your response & comments please.

During the Cold War, people in free countries called the Watchtower communist, and people in communist countries were informed that the Watchtower is American propaganda.

I guess it just depends on who has what axe to grind.

As a skeptic, I will insist that the Watchtower is mainly a front for a large printing and real-estate management corporation.

    @ Gopher

    Everybody wants to make money.

but if Watchtower is ONLY concerned with making money, why destory the lives of many families with their disfellowshipping... and policy of not calling the police on child molesters?

Wouldn't such things hurt their cash flow?

No no no. Their goal is 100% complete domination over the minds of their members.

There are plenty of examples of incompetent organizations that bite the hands that feed them. No need for a conspiracy.

There's a lot more than two languages in China. Mandarin is the official language, is it not?
