Doubt it. They are already being instructed to send excess money from congregation accounts. This is the same thing, but on a circuit level. 99% of elders will just accept it (if they even listen at the business meeting) and move on. When the announcement is read at the assembly, most pubs won't put 2 and 2 together either. The pubs also won't realize that this was direction from the org and will think that the elders did this themselves.

Well they have wanted our lunch money for years. Maybe next they will ask people if they really need their expensive medications, or if they really need fresh bread everyday, tins of beans will do for CA lunch.
