This may be aleady known, but for those that don't know:
The Watchtower Society owns stock in company called Rand Cam Engine Corporation, a division of Reg Technologies. This company makes components for smart bombs and the like. There is hard evidence available that you can examine to prove that the WTBTS is GUILTY to yourself.
All companies who trade stock must complete quarterly company reports and file them with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). I will copy from this SEC report, the Watchtowers documented ownership in this company.

Well, last December, Rand Cam signed a contract with the U.S. Navy to supply parts/engines for unmanned warcraft. Here is the press release that is on Reg Tech home pag:
Navy Contract Awarded

For Immediate Release: December 6, 2001 - Vancouver B.C. - Reg Technologies, Inc. (RRE.V / OTC BB: REG RF) and its U.S. subsidiary REGI U.S., Inc. (OTC BB: RGUS) wish to announce that a U.S. Navy contract (SBIR No1-144) has been awarded to Advanced Ceramics Research (prime contractor) and REGI U.S., Inc. to build and test a Naval 0.5 horsepower ceramic engine. The proposed engine is a four stroke Rand Cam engine utilizing continuous injection and combustion in a single combustion chamber. The engine will be of all ceramic construction to permit high temperature operation, without cooling, to effectively burn heavy oil. This new motor will be developed for powering the U.S. Navys new Smart War-fighter Array of Re-configurable Modules (SWARM) low cost unmanned aerial vehicle.

REGI U.S., Inc. is currently in negotiations with Advanced Ceramics Research to license the Ceramic Rand Cam Engine for commercial and U.S. Navy applications for this type of engine. REGI U.S., Inc. will receive 30% of the Phase I budget and 50% of the Phase II budget when awarded. The contract should start before the end of the calendar year. The total Phase I and Phase II budgets is expected to be $850,000.

I think this issue is a little silly to raise....(that's my opinion - and I am definitely not pro-WT.)
If the shares were gifted to them and they cannot sell them what are they supposed to do?
Furthermore, this is a TINY company - pretty much insignificant. To put its size in perspective, your local McDonalds franchise would cost more to purchase than this entire company.

The answer is quite simple. Borg central just has to GIVE AWAY their dirty little stock as a gift, or donate it to a charity ( WHOOPS!, they can't donate it since all charities are run and controlled by SATAN! ).
Still, they don't HAVE to hold on to it if they don't want to. They keep it because their just trying to make money. That is, ofcourse, until the issue becomes one of embarrasement to them. THEEEN they will most certainly wash their hands of the stock.
Remember, give it away. That's all. I don't think I'm wrong about this, I hope.

in actuality, the WTS is listed on the 2001 SEC Filing as owning 51.44% of REGI US. REGI US, since at least 1993, has been gearing up to obtain defense contracts, and has, in fact, been awarded contracts including the US NAVY CONTRACT. Bottom line is anyone with a brain, some people are excluded right there, know that this is bullshit on the part of the WTS, but apparently it's worth the risk to the WTS because they certainly haven't ridden themselves of it. but erieguy chooses to ramble on about how it was only donated, they have no voting proxy, the company makes no money, on and on and on and on...............oh, and then he throws in his line about "please don't let the liars have you doubt the pedophile scandal." don't worry erie honey, we won't.........
