    Rutherfordium: The chemical element of atomic number 104, a very unstable element made by high-energy collisions of the basic units of chemical elements.

    ===================

    Unstable element just about sums up Joe Rutherford the wannabe judge.

    For sure many of Rutherfords elemental collisions were caused by "ethanol".

    It just goes to show what kind of "spirits" were talking to Joe Rutherford--and he seems to have listened a lot.

    It's funny; someone here once coined the term "Rutherfordian".

    It never really caught on, which surprised me, because it can be used several ways...

    a) an adjective such to describe...
    xx- behavior or actions similar to the manner in which the Judge finagled control of the Org for himself...
    xx- a drunken antisemitic fundamentalist asshole, or...

    b) a pejorative word for the Bible Students (like "Dub") who stuck with the Judge after the mid-20s schism.
