a sister in my congregation is still using her 1960 'Green' NWT, full of underlining and annotations.
When I was a teenage JW, I had picked up a green NWT at a thrift store for sixty cents. I used it for a little bit until I got councelled about using an out-of-date bible.

How many times can you release a new bible to pay for million dollar payouts for pedophile cases ?

Yes, I have heard from a contact I have in Bethel that the new Bible will be released at the Annual Meeting in October. A member of the GB will present it.
Since this will be the first Annual Meeting broadcast in Assembly Halls, it does seem logical that they would do it then with such a large captive audience.
