I just went through the Portuguese page (because it was mentioned from a French xJW forum).
The information seems to be particularly scarce so far (it is only deduced from the legal texts mentioned in the charge that the victim was under 14).
One reason might be that the victim's attorney is a JW,
Is that the new WT strategy to comply with the requirement of an official lawsuit while sparing the "religion"?
