After many unconfirmed stories regarding sexual abuse victims in Brazil, a recent case was effectively lead to Court.

Brief: Pamella Carneiro Silva was abused in congregation by predator Edenilson Pagno, ex-elder. Edenilson was DF'd. Few time after, Edenilson was re-instated. Another victims may stop the process in this point, because "the Jehovah's justice took place". But Pamella did what no one Brazilian JW victim ever did until now: She went to police and sued Edenilson.

We hope that Pamella's Case will be the FIRST of many others that never going to police.

The information seems to be particularly scarce so far (it is only deduced from the legal texts mentioned in the charge that the victim was under 14).

One reason might be that the victim's attorney is a JW,
