dedalus,That was very impressive verbiage. However, I have no idea what you are talking about. This must be a special language in your field of study. Could you provide a summary in everyday English? Now, I am not trying to be condescending here just offering a suggestion. If you go to the Journal of Applied Psychology and read stuff which I understand, you won't, especially on the subject of Meta Analysis. If you want to (and I have no idea why you would) look up a book by Hunter and Schmidt on the subject of meta analysis. You wont't have a clue. However, I could explain the basic idea of it in everyday English in a few paragraph's. I know you are proud of your work, and you should be, but you have to translate it for us into language we can unerstand.
