	You Know is definitely on a level with Rutherford. Same quackery no matter what field he strays into. The point is obvious, but I forgot to explicitly state my main point: if someone could manage to get so many things wrong about simple science -- and remember that Rutherford and company were self-taught -- then it's consistent that that someone would produce goofy religious ideas, too. That's what's irritating to me today about JWs. The Society continues to produce quack science, or to teach religious doctrines that were originally based on quack science, and the JW community hasn't the smarts or the balls to challenge the nonsense or to see that quackery in a relatively straightforward area like science is guaranteed to point to quackery in the much fuzzier religious arena.
