Jourles: I certainly do hope that this all turns out well for you.

I was speaking only from my personal experience. If I may comment a little more:The brother assigned to me is one that we do quite a few things with normally.
The elder that eventually turned on me and spear-headed the (ultimately) efforts to get me DFd was also a friend. He often sincerely praised me for my intense interest in Bible study, and I took him into my confidence. In response, he transformed into a dispassionate enforcer of WTS policy. I paid the price for being a wysiwyg.Nothing was said that could be used in a suit, at least nothing that I remember.
It never occurred to me, in the heat of the committee battles, that so many violations of published WTS policy were happening. For example, when I asked for the names of the "witnesses" against me, they not only refused to identify the accusers, but also refused to allow me to call my accusers to a subsequent meeting. Also, previously "resolved" issues were brought back to life, in a very legalistic format. My only concern here is for your safe course past what, hopefully, will be nothing more than a bump in the road.As you already have been, please watch your 6.Craig
