	If you send the letter, the elders might realize that the whole thing is not worth the time or the trouble. Your sister is basically a non-entity to them anyway due to her having no contact with Witnesses and not attending meetings for over two years. This is all a formality and whatever happens is of little consequence to your sister or the JWs. Just do whatever is less headaches. Path
